Today I attend the memorial service of former president of IV Canada, Mr. Jim Berney.
In the eyes of his friends and co-worker, he is a good leader. In terms of:
• Sacrifice first
• Take the responsiblity
• Observer - open up and observe...!
• Prepare well amd listen well
• Learner - keep learning
• "WE"
• Scripture as life
o Let IT live in us
o Did it...!
• Renew the trust of everyone
• Vision for others
o maximize other's ability
o Encouragement and support
o Care
• "Make mistakes - there are going to be a lot of mistakes, but forgiveness exist in this system"
• Leader of leaders
Can I do it...? I really hope so...
